Terms and conditions:
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable £30 deposit is due within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule an appointment, but you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing your deposit.
Rebooking: You are allowed one opportunity to rebook your assessment without losing your deposit.
Company Cancellations: If we need to cancel, we will give you reasonable notice. You will have the option to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund of your deposit.
Assessment Report: A printed report will be sent to you with 7 days, or if you are booked for the 'Screening plus' the personalised report will be sent to you within 14 days.
Report Clarification: If you have questions about your report, you can contact us via email to arrange a short call or meeting to discuss the details. Anything above 30 minutes will be invoiced at £40 per hour in increments of 30 minutes.
Complaints: If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately to allow us to address your concerns promptly and find a resolution.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the law without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and it's your responsibility to review them before booking.
Agreement to terms: By booking a service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
