About me

I'm a qualified dyslexia specialist teacher with 17 years of experience in education, including the past 10 years working in a specialist setting for children with moderate learning needs. I hold Qualified Teacher Status and have a strong background in supporting students with a range of learning profiles. I am an associate member of the Dyslexia Guild.

I'm passionate about helping learners develop their literacy skills and, just as importantly, their confidence.

I currently offer dyslexia screening to help identify a learner's strengths and weaknesses, as well as the likelihood of them having dyslexia. This is a valuable first step in understanding a student's profile and guiding a plan for support. In the near future, I will also be able to offer full diagnostic dyslexia assessments.
